If you're referring to the emails in ITSM 7, I reported this as a bug a few
months back. As far as I know, it's still open. The workaround was to
insert the non-FQDN URL in the body of the notification, or to set up DNS to
allow either to work.

Hi Eli,

Did you ever find out how to fix this problem? We have the exact same
problem here.

Subject: Email link configuration

**
Hey listers,

Just a quick question regarding the auto-generated link that is attached to
some email messages. When I first built my server my mid-tier was
configured withOUT the fqdn of the server. My server properties in the
admin tool showed: http://servername/arsys/home. Also, the only server
configured in my mid-tier was "servername" without the FQDN. However, every
email that went out with a link pointed to "server.domain.com" which, since
it wasn't configured in my mid-tier the links wouldn't work. Where else can
I check the configured server name? Why is it doing this to me? I need to
change my mid-tier server name but whenever I try it breaks the email links
because they don't update.

Thanks!

Eli
