./arsys/resources/html/CharEditBoxPopup.html from 7.1 mid-tier; probably the same in all 7.x releases.
Any time you have a browser windows without a url bar, you can use CTRL+D to bookmark the page (ie and firefox). The bookmark will tell you what you were looking at.
