Just Curious as to why you want to delete the incident number from HPD:CFG Ticket Num Generator. If it is for cleanup purposes maybe you need an escalation that runs at night instead of doing a delete with every Incident creation. You did say you want to delete the number on Submit so I guess the escalation method would not work. Teresa
