True but once the Incident Number (different than the Incident ID on the Incident form) has been generated that should exist in HPD:CFG Ticket Num Generator so that on Submit of the Incident you could delete the Entry in HPD:CFG Ticket Num Generator. But why do you want to delete the HPD:CFG Ticket Num Generator entry I wonder? Teresa
