If you have a flashboard with 4 possible values and 2 sometimes are 0 and the other 2 have numbers.. How can you force the Value's to display as a Zero.. Example Question 1 Answers are 0 1 2 3 DB wise.. but if 0 and 1 are not present (as represented as a Zero) then then Value or Legend does not show properly.
