Hello lsiters,

Our users can create new tickets without any errors but when they try to
open an existing ticket, the get the error:

"Caught exception :'t.LoadResultsList' is null or not an object" error.

We are on ARS 7.0.01 Patch 003 with Tomcat midtier. Any ideas?
