On our production server only users are getting Message not in catalog: Message number 623. These are actually users who do not have access to Remedy. This happens in both the User tool and MidTier. I have checked all of the other servers and the appropriate text for a 623 is displayed. I also checked the arsystem.cat file on each server and all of them are the same size, time stamp and location. I tried searching the file for the error number but it appears to be a binary file.
