My development server keeps crashing and I get the below error in the
arerror.log.

To my knowledge we haven't patched anything..I can connect to the dbase
and all services show up and running, but every time I try to hit the
admin tool or the user tool, I get
 "ARERR [90] Cannot establish a network connection to the AR System
server : sea-remedydev02.davita.corp (0) : RPC: Miscellaneous tli error
- System error (Connection refused)
 user: jbrandon,  server: sea-remedydev02.davita.corp
Cannot login to sea-remedydev02.davita.corp as a preference server.
       user: jbrandon,  server: sea-remedydev02.davita.corp
Unable to successfully log in to any server."

 
Anyone have any ideas? I am stumped...
