I might be out in left (or right) field, but do you have development mode
turned on?



That is under "Server Information" and the "Configuration" tab.



If so turn it off and then try it.



I have had some problems where the system slows to the point it is not use
able and needed to be restarted, when importing or exporting workflow (or
even opening up a form).
