Shawn, There's been many threads over and over about Remedy's competitors, not just recently, but for ever since Remedy's inception. My take on this subject is that there will always be competitors to Remedy ARS and BMC in general, and in my opinion, that's just a natural and inherent benefit/risk of a competitive market. So we just have to live with it.
