I do not think that license pools apply to application licenses. If your
company decides to have ENOUGH licenses, it is allways better not to
have
license pools anyway.

The 1-hour timeout apply only if the user does NOT logout. If the user
performs a logout, the license should be released immediately.

I did a license presentation at UKRUG, where I described how licenses
are
allocated for both AR System Licenses and Application Licenses in
various
