Hello listers,

We are having issues with .html attachments with inbound email. We receive
the inbound email but we don't see attachments with it. Users submit only
one attachment of ".html" extension type. When we open the inbound email
within remedy in 'AR System Email Messages' form, and navigate to Advanced
--> Attachment Options --> Attachment Alternatives, there's only one .txt
file which says:

Email from ABC

adm:tmpAttachmentField  : XXX.html (see attachment <XXX.html>)
adm:tmpAttachmentField2 : 
============================

When I search 'AR System Email Attachment' form for this attachment name, I
don't get anything. Also, this problem occurs randomly and doesn't happen
all the time. Users get *most* of these .html attachments but only a few are
missing (about 5%). Has anyone face any issues? Any troubleshooting tips?
How can i make sure that attachments actually made it to my POP3 server when
email was received?

Any ideas/suggestions would be of a great help.
