Hi All, AR System 7.0.1. Using Remedy User tool 7.0.1.
It is strange, but Remedy have no ability to assign custom hotkeys to define custom actions... I need to close the regular form which open in Modify window type by pressing "Esc" button (like Ctrl+F4). Is it possible?
