For those of you working on an ITSM 7.0.02 install/upgrade, patch 6 came out yesterday (as Chris noted). From the release notes and talking with support, there are some differences from patch 5.
Patch 5 - One installer that has to be run on a Windows machine. The installer figures out which apps you have and what needs to be upgraded. Patch 6 - You pick the installer for the platform that your AR server is on and run it on the AR Server. AIX is not currently supported (as well as DB2, but I'm not sure how that plays into it). The installer still figures out which apps you have and what needs to be upgraded. The installer for AIX should be out in "a few weeks." The "installer by server" situation has changed from 5 to 6, but it wasn't real clear from the release notes, so I thought I'd share in case it helps anyone.
