Hello Lisa, Maybe I didn't state myself clearly.. you do not have to reset Crystal Report at server level.. Just modify the report that you have the problem with and change the display format for that particular field in that report and then add it back to your Remedy reporting form.. You do not have to modify your Crystal Reports installation itself.
