We are using the same rules for purchasing Survey as we have done with our other Lite offering (Calendar Lite). 1) You can buy as many copies as you would like. 2) If you do not know the server name that you are targeting - you can use the name 'future'. And we will regenerate a license for you at some time in the future (one time only). So for example - if you are a consultant and you would like to buy Survey for your clients (because you love them) - and install it for them - and charge a nice fee for doing so (and make them happy) -- feel free.
