Rod,

In the Report Information tab, Destination field you can specify the file
name as in this example:

to-file: $CSVFilePath$/Export $DateAsCharacter$.csv

I do this to allow users to specify the path to the file and to give the
file a name which includes a date to prevent them over-writing a previous
file.

On pressing a button they get a file like:
c:\prtemp\Export 20071107.csv
