Job Description: As part of this team, you will work on customizing our internal ticketing, change management, and SLA Management applications used by our production operations teams.
The team will develop and maintain applications using the Remedy Action Request System, and collaborate with other teams to integrate with third party and open source tools and packaged apps like Siebel, HP Openview, Tibco, and Bugzilla. Required skills include project management, Perl, XML, Javascript, Web Services and related technologies. We are currently in the phase of trying to build a one stop portal that plugs into several Packaged Applications using the remedy api's and web services so knowledge of these 2 are desireable.
