Pay: DOE, W2 (depending on experience) Details: MMC has a client need for a Senior Remedy Administrator/Developer with MCSE certification (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003), ITIL Foundations Certification and Remedy AR System. Responsibilities include: The system administrator is responsible for all the technical systems supporting the CMDB and Remedy AR system. The current and planned systems that the administrators will work on include: Complete system administration of the Remedy System supporting USAMITC and multiple sites across the enterprise. This includes Remedy customization, server maintenance, and security compliance. This individual will be responsible for the Front Range HEAT to BMC Remedy migration that should occur around December 2007.
