Location: San Antonio, TX Duration: 1-5 years Pay: $33.85/hr, W2 (depending on experience) Description: The current and planned systems that the administrators will work on include: Complete system administration of the ESD AVAYA ACD Telephone system and any future phone system to include customization, server maintenance, and security compliance; complete system administration of Front Range HEAT for USAMITC and seven other sites. This includes custom SQL query creation, SQL admin work, HEAT customization, server maintenance, and security compliance. Responsibilities include: Responsible for the Front Range HEAT to BMC Remedy migration that should occur around December 2007; complete system administration of BMC Remedy for all of AMEDD supporting 300+ technicians. This includes custom SQL query creation, SQL admin work, Remedy customization, server maintenance, and security compliance. The System Administrator will also be responsible for all equipment in ESD area to include wall displays, projectors, video routing equipment, RS232 control equipment, PA system, and VTC equipment. Specific Certifications: * MCSE certification (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003) * ITIL Foundations Certification * Remedy Action Request System (ARS) Desired Technologies & Experience: * Call center experience a plus * HEAT software * Avaya and Avaya CMS * MOM, NetIQ and other monitoring tools * Microsoft SQL * BA/BS degree preferred Experience Level * Minimum five (5) years overall Information Technology experience * Minimum three (3) years experience in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory environment.
