I was also thinking I would have to use a DisplayOnly column. I was
just hoping someone on the list had done it without (so I wouldn't have
to go and convince my users a check box is better).

FYI: ... Sorry I forgot the server info (I know better, It's just a
Monday)
ARS 6.03.00 patch 20 on Sun Solaris 5.9
Oracle 10g on remote

Subject: Re: Highliting rows in a table by Workflow

Fred,

Lacking ARS version info.... BasicGuide-630.2006.05.09.pdf "Using
workflow to "walk" a table field" (pg 659) But I do not know that you
can select multiple rows with this approach.

What I would suggest you do is add a Display only column that you "mark"
with a value. Then later re-walk the table and look for the "marked
records" and "do the right thing" instead of just looping over the
selected records. (Which is a similar effect, and also likely better
ADA compliant too.)
