If you're talking about upgrading AR System, that's not too hard. ITSM 7 is NOT an upgrade, it's a new installation. The two applications are completely different products, with very little in the way of common forms and/or workflow. Depending on your required timeline and available cycles, you may be well served to engage some help from someone who's Been There and Done That. The learning curve the first time through it is pretty steep, and that's AFTER you take the class. BTW, I think the Install&Config class is open to customers now, but official word should come from BMC on that.
