hi, has anyone ever used the "NTE:SYS-NT Process Control" form for their customized notifications? can anyone share their experience?
i was reading the ITSM7 architecture doc and i can't believe it looks so easy (based on the Notification Engine process flow diagram) but i don't want to get all excited and be disappointed later on.
