I want to know if its possible to report on time spent in Pending
status.
Lets say i take a ticket from Assigned to pending to resolved. I know
you can report on the status.history field to find the different times
in each state.

My question is if i then take the ticket from resolved back to pending,
the status.history pending field in the reporting tool is overwritten
with the new time.
 
I want to know if it is possible to report on how much total time is
spent in each status.
