AR System 7.00.01 Sun Server Client 7.01.00 Crystal 11. We have created a Crystal Report that is a Crosstab (Our first time with a Crosstab report). This report asks for a start date and a end date to limit the output. We have the fields in the Select expert and when we run the report from Crystal it has the correct information. When the Crosstab report is run inside of Remedy it asks for the date but it will not use the dates in the query and list all of the records. We have done this before on non cross tabs and it has limited the dates just fine. Is there something in how Remedy handles Crosstab reports that requires special handling so they will work in Remedy? Any ideas or help will be appreciated.
