David, I'm guessing you're using an active link with a open window action as a window type of report. There's a tab there called Qualification, with a blank space for you to fill in a qualification to use. Are you using that or are you instead relying on Crystal's selection criteria. I find that Remedy usually ignores Crystal's selection criteria and only likes to use the qualification in the active link. If you set that, you'll find the report should return the correct results.

We have created a Crystal Report that is a Crosstab (Our first time with a Crosstab report). This report asks for a start date and a end date to limit the output. We have the fields in the Select expert and when we run the report from Crystal it has the correct information. When the Crosstab report is run inside of Remedy it asks for the date but it will not use the dates in the query and list all of the records. We have done this before on non cross tabs and it has limited the dates just fine. Is there something in how Remedy handles Crosstab reports that requires special handling so they will work in Remedy? Any ideas or help will be appreciated. __20060125_______________________This posting was submitted with HTML in it___ _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org Platinum Sponsor: www.rmsportal.com ARSlist: "Where the Answers Are"
