I am trying to install e-mail engine for version 6.3 in the process of upgrade and I am getting the error "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in emaild.exe". I have already installed AR clients. I entered a ticket for BMC but have not heard back. I also uninstalled VS 2005 thinking that might have done it. But now I am still getting the error. If you could provide any insight, it would be great. Thanks! Manjari R.
