Dwayne, if she is using a user preference, you might try deleting her entry in AR System User Preferences, as I've seen these some how cause some really weird issues.
I had this same issue a few months ago, but for the life of me I cannot remember what fixed it. It might have just resolved itself, I honestly don't remember.
