Maybe the destination location and the url need to point to the same place.

You have:
 - G:\Program Files\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\ROOT
 - http://myservername.com:80/AtriumCMDB<http://myservername.com/AtriumCMDB>

Maybe it should be:

 - G:\Program Files\Tomcat
5.5\webapps\ROOT\AtriumCMDB<http://myservername.com/AtriumCMDB>
 - http://myservername.com:80/AtriumCMDB<http://myservername.com/AtriumCMDB>
