Hello, I was wondering if any of you were using Remedy and Clarity. If so do you have the two products integrated? What do you pass back and forth? Incidents? Changes? Other? We have both products and are looking to integrate them and are interested in any information you would be willing to share. I am looking more for lessons learned in the integration rather than the technology used to integrate them.
