Hello All, MSSQL/Ver 7.0.01 I have been unsuccessfully trying to create an incident from sending an email to the Requestor console interface create form SRM:InterfaceRequestor_Create. I have had success doing the same thing with HPD:IncidentInterface_Create. I can submit an email with a groomed .arm file with the required fields, and viola, an incident is created. I get no error messages on the advanced properties of the record of the email messages form. It seems like the email was accepted without error. However, no record is being generated on the SRM:InterfaceRequestor_Create form, and of course no incident is generated. When I view the arfilter.log, It appears the filters on the SRM:InterfaceRequestor_Create form are not firing at all, but should be as the z1d_actoin field is populated with CREATE. I am using the below .arm template for the email body. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions/success stories? Any and all feedback is appreciated as I am currently bewildered.
