All, For some reason the notifications for contract expiration are not being sent. I have a support contract record with a specified user to contact. The user's profile has all notifications enabled. We have the default mechanism set to email and we have the email server configured (we are receiving other notifications). Is there something else I'm missing to enable these notifications to be sent?
