Good morning folks, It looks like a former colleague made some changes I was not aware of that are causing problems, and as a result, I'd like to get a clean set of data from the "Approval Process Configuration" form in ITSM 7. I'm on 7.0.3 patch 6, but I don't think that part makes a difference.
