Anyone using NewScale out there as a requester interface to create tickets has
had experiences like its tendency to leave open database connection everytime
it polls for updates? It doesn't seem to resuse the previously used connection
and opens a fresh connection everytime it polls this leaving infinite number of
connections open after a long run..
Reminds me of what EIE does..
