Some in our company want to use database replication to copy production to a report server. This means that we would have two separate instances of remedy on separate databases.
I went through a little work of trying this a while back but we had trouble with performance and the database replication did not like the Request Id field as the unique identifier. I don't remember the specifics it has been a little while back. We need to have both servers up at all times for reporting needs and live production system. Has anybody ever done something like this? If so what platform and apps did you use to do the transfer? I just want to make sure that someone has done this before so that I know that it can be done.
