I never heard about this.
I just did a lookup and I can see that indeed Change tickets that were
marked Completed over a month ago are still in a Status of Completed.

They should be moved to "Closed" with Status Reason of "Successful"
right? (if they were left there in Completed status for at least 15
days)

Just an FYI - the auto close in Change does not work.

This is observed as a bug and already a defect SW00275623 is logged for
the same. The defect status is in work in Progress.
