Hi.

Check if the default database administrator account ARAdmin with the
password AR#Admin# exists on the database that you restored.
If you specified another admin account when you installed the original
database you must create that one on the restored database.

But you should receive a login error in the arerror log if this is the
problem.

You can try to install the server(same patch-level) and select the Remote
option, and Upgrade option....
