Good morning all,

I'm running into a strange problem and wonder if any of you have run
into it and have a solution.  I'm trying to create an approval phase
that occurs between two Status Reason fields.  What happens is that when
testing that Approval Phase, I push the Change ticket into the correct
status and on my screen I see it appear to enter that Approval Phase.
Unfortunately, if I refresh the ticket or open it on another screen, it
is somehow automatically moved past that phase.  This happens whether I
have someone added automatically as an approver through the mappings or
add an ad hoc approver.  In both cases, it goes through automatically.

If you'd like to recreate this problem, try creating an Approval Phase
where the statuses begin and end with "Implementation In Progress" and
the Begin Phase Status Reason is "In Test" and the end Status Reason is
"In Rollout".  I've been able to verify this problem happens under any
combination of status reasons.
