I have about 1400 tickets that will not archive. They meet the criteria. I copy the search criteria from the archive properties and plug it directly in. They just will not archive.
Do they some how get flagged to tell remedy they've already been archived? My archive process did fail in the middle of trying to archive once, so that might have messed things up.
