Michael, that password I believe is for the ARAdmin account. I went through this awhile back, and they also changed my ARAdmin account password.
>From what I understand, the ARSystem just uses SA to create the ARAdmin account. From that point on, it uses the ARAdmin account. If your DBAs or Security people change the ARAdmin account, then you simply update it via the admin tool that you list below. Remedy will instantly pick up the new change.
