Daily Responsibilities: Hands-on development and configuration support of the BMC Remedy ITSM v7 tools. Analysis of customer requirements and translation of those requirements into usable capabilities within the tool suite. Conduct training sessions with end-users and write training materials. Required Skills: Remedy ITSM implementation experience. Remedy Consulting or Development for 3+ years.
