ARS 7.0.1 Patch 5 Email Engine 7.0.1 Patch 5 RedHat Linux Remote Oracle 10 DB We have the above configuration logging into an IMAP mailbox every two minutes to get and process inbound email. Every so often the process stops checking the inbox for messages and it requires a kill of the java process running the email jar file to start it up again. The logs do not appear to show any cause for this behavior. Has anyone run into this before and/or does anyone have any suggestions on how we can either detect this situation and prevent it or work around it? Thanks! --- J.T.
