It was a little DEF file that contained a form called "SQL form" and some active links. It just let you do simple SQL from a Remedy display-only window. I don't know who developed it but it was a nice end-run around environments where you don't have direct access to database and want to do some queries (like checking what form the "T" number was in SQL logs) On my "to do" list was to write an updated version of it....might have to bump that up a few notches...
