Has anyone ever migrated one midteir to another? Here is my situation. I had my midtier on a Virtual environment. I had to migrate it to a physical box. After getting the physical box up and running and reinstalled service pack2.
When I try to opening my http://(localhost)/arsys/home I get an error "Service Unavailable. " Has anyone experienced this before? I've reinstalled the Remedy 7.0 midtier software and applied the new Servlet patch. Rebooted same issue. Any help would be great Thanks ahead of time.
