I know about the .dat in the home directory, but aren't these held in a
database table someplace? Like I said, I thought it was arschema.

Gordon,
The "Web" alias name is stored in the arschema table in the objProp
column. Look for object property number 60018 and you should find the
following for your example:
60018\4\9\Incidents\
