After upgrading CMDB1.1 Patch 3 using BMC's Upgrade tool, all CI relationships were dropped within Asset Management. A review of the forms showed that all of the child CI data was migrated; however, all relationships were lost. The "Systemname" was blank on all forms including AST:ComputerSystem.
Has anyone experienced to incident and if so, how were the relationships restored? Thank You, Dave David J.
