Folks,
How have you managed to ensure ITIL guidelines are followed when minor changes 
are made to CIs?
eg. when a PC asset changes Status or location how do you ensure that they go 
thru' a minimal Change Request process.

I believe there is an automated method within the Remedy suite?

On that same subject how do companies process all these minor changes 
throughout the lifecycle - manual updates from Service Delivery teams, 
automated discovery or a mixture?
