Hi list, I was wondering if anybody seen this behaviour. I have configured a service request definition which creates a single work order. When I create a service request off this definition (and in fact any other I have), the work order gets created (good), but the service request does not get updated and remains in the status of Planning (bad). I can see entries such as SRM_IN_PUSH_APP_REQUEST_INFO in the CAI:Events form, but they just sit there doing nothing. All the entries have the return code and Rtn Message code values blank while the status is still set to New. The RetryCounter also stays on 0. Has anybody experienced similar problem? It seems to me as if the entries were being totally ignored. I have turned on the plugin logging on the level 100, but it does not show any errors. Turned on filter and and sql logging too, but did not see anything obvious. Our environment is Remedy 7.0.1 patch 5, SRM 2.0. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
