Can anyone point me to some doc re migrating existing HD6 cases to incident 7? I've searched BMC support to no avail, and I've searched the ARSList and found a reference to a webcast from BMC that doesn't appear to be there any longer. I'm only moving over a couple of hundred active cases so it doesn't need to be fully automated.
I'm getting data to move over just fine, but there's data in the background that needs to be populated or the cases can't be maintained. (specifically Owner Group ID, so far). It looks like I'm going to have to build some filters to populate this, since the group ID's aren't the same in 6 vs. 7. I'm hoping someone has already worked through this, so I don't have to start from scratch.
