Tools -> Reporting Double-click New Style
Add your fields, hit Apply. Close new report window Select your report (New Style if you didn't save it) Report -> Export To File.. I don't remember all of them, and I'm at a new job with a new instance of remedy, so I don't have any old code to look at. On your window open active link, are you specifying a run criteria? Report Type: ARSystem Name: <Path to report file> Destination: <wherever> Operation: You might need to try the different options here to see if one works Location: Embedded (or Report Form) Entry IDs: <not sure here, don't remember using it> I remember that last time I did this, I could not get the data to spit out.
